In February 2010, award-winning comic-book writer Mark Millar (creator of the award-winning title,
The Ultimates and whose work on
Wanted, Kick-Ass has been adapted for the big screen) ran a contest to design the new logo for his official website - MillarWorld - and John's design was chosen as the final winner. The logo now features on every page at
http://www.millarworld.tv/

The only remit was to include some of Mark's creator-owned characters and make it sufficently different from what had come before. It also needed to be a design that could feature in different proportions. Such elements were researched, chosen and then combined and subsequently placed around a 'world' image. (The design includes images from Mark's work in comics and films). Mark then requested some very minor changes. The whole process took less than a week. The site is currently in the process of changing over colour-schemes to accomodate the new look.
